About Me
I used to like ticking non-existent boxes and climbing non-existent ladders.
I was an allrounder at school, played sports, liked science, enjoyed English, could even act too. I met my now-husband at 7, nailed a First in Psychology at University, hopped on the corporate ladder at a leading Entertainment Studio, climbed it, carried on climbing it agency-side, bought a flat, sold flat, got married, bought a house. Life was pretty mapped out... and yet, I felt... well, how are you 'supposed' to feel?

After a life altering personal loss, I knew something had to give, I was continually waking up sighing, slumped shoulders, dreading the day ahead. In 2019, I quit, took a leap and founded my own marketing and strategy consultancy, That Someone.
In three years I built a commercially successful and purpose-led business from word-of-mouth and referrals alone, working with clients including Sony Pictures as well as a host of incredible start-ups and charities... Despite working with some wonderful people, I noticed myself falling into old habits, regularly connecting my self-worth with my work, another box ticked, yet deep-down feeling something was missing.
In 2020, I decided to go back to 'learning'; I loved my Psychology degree and actually once had a dream of being a Neuroscientist... so as the next best thing (!) I embarked on an ICF accredited Transformational Coaching Diploma with Animas Centre for Coaching, as well as enrolling on an MSc in Neuroscience of Mental Health at Kings College London.
Connecting to thoughts and feelings, understanding and being more aware of myself as well as seeing the power of (good and certified) coaching in action has been transformational. I realised it was never about where I was or what I was doing, everything came back to me and my own perceptions. Fast forward to today, whilst I now run 2 successful business, I'm not focused or phased by box-ticking; I simply want to help others live a happier, clearer, less stressful & more fulfilling life; which for you may well involve climbing that ladder or ticking a few more boxes.

Lacking a sense of direction or issues that may be causing you stress or anxiety can be talked and worked through. I love seeing the difference in people after a course of sessions to the person that arrived - your body language, your confidence, your potential, transformed. I really look forward to getting to know you, your story, and working together on your coaching journey.
